British singer, songwriter and musician Andrew Roachford has just released a new single, Give It Up And Let It Go. The tune is taken from his forthcoming studio album, Twice In A Lifetime, originally due for release in April, but now available from September 11.

Roachford has also rearranged his planned live dates for the autumn.
Andrew says: “I was so looking forward to playing these shows. However, circumstances beyond anyone’s control has made this impossible – but the most important thing right now is that we look after each other in these difficult times. Ride the storm, ‘cos this show will go on.”

The album, a nod to the artist’s seventies soul roots, is produced by Jimmy Hogarth, who has previously worked with Paolo Nutini, Duffy and Amy Winehouse, and features several members of Winehouse’s band as well as a powerful duet with British soul queen Beverley Knight.

New dates:
Manchester, O2 Ritz [September 10]; London, O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire[11]; Birmingham, O2 Academy2 [12]; Norwich Waterfront [13]; Glasgow Oran Mor [15/16]; Newcastle, O2 Academy [17]; Bristol. O2 Academy2[19]; and Brighton, Concorde 2 [21].
